Why You Should Wear Rudraksha For Shravan Month

Devotees of Shiva use Rudraksha beads when meditating, praying, or singing devotional songs in his honor. Wearing Rudraksha beads at any time is permitted, but it is essential to do so during Shravan. Why?

  • According to the Shiva Purana, Rudraksha is Shiva's favorite bead. Intensely sanctifying, to say the least. By sight, touch, and Japas, it eliminates all sins."

  • With Rudraksha, the wearer is transformed into my likeness" (Shiva). Hence, Rudraksha must be worn by every human being.

  • The worshippers of Shiva must wear Rudraksha if they want to please Shiva to enjoy the joys of this life and attain salvation.

  • Happiness and good fortune may be enhanced even by the tiniest Rudraksha, smaller than a jujube fruit.

  • Meditation, persistence, and wearing Rudraksha by a knowledgeable and contemplative person are all required to achieve the aim of human existence.

According to the Shiva Purana, wearing electrified Rudraksha beads brings one closer to Lord Shiva. Devotees who wear Rudraksha beads are sanctified by the mere sight of them. The practice of Japa, or bead meditation, frees the mind of bad feelings. This month, Shiva tattvas (Shiva components) inundate the universe, allowing the rituals devoted to Lord Shiva to cleanse the mind, senses, body, and soul. During this month, the cosmic powers of Rudraksha beads are heightened.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF WEARING RUDRAKSHA?

Rudrakshas are challenging to come by and are only found on Rudraksha trees. Rudraksha trees are said to have been created from Lord Shiva's tears after he finished his extended meditation in Hindu mythology. As a result, Rudrakshas are endowed with the life-giving and healing energies of the cosmos and the grace of Lord Shiva. Their beneficial benefits are boosted significantly when worn during Shravan Maas.

The number of lines on a Rudraksha determines the kind of Rudraksha. Ek Mukhi (one-faced) to Ekkis Mukhi (21-faced) Rudraksha offers a unique set of advantages. Different planets rule them, and they represent various gods.
