ROOT

In Sanskrit, Muladhara is the root chakra. The root chakra is positioned at the tailbone and pubic bone. This center provides survival, safety, and security. The root chakra connects us to the Earth Mother and grounds us to the earth. Manifestation begins here. First, chakra energy can help you thrive in business or financial assets.

Blocking this chakra may cause fear, anxiety, insecurity, and frustration. Obesity, anorexia, and knee issues might arise. Hips, legs, lower back, and sexual organs are roots. Red, brown, and black are its hues. Garnet, Smoky Quartz, Obsidian, Black Tourmaline. Male sexual energy is mostly physical since a man's sexual organs reside in his first chakra. Female sexual energy is emotional because a woman's sexual organs are in her second chakra. Both chakras are sexual.

SACRAL/SVADISTHANA

The second chakra is the belly (sacral). It's rooted in the spine two inches below the navel. This center supports sexuality, creativity, intuition, and self-worth. This chakra governs friendliness, creativity, and emotions. It affects people's self-worth, inventiveness, and capacity to be open and friendly. Childhood emotional expression or repression affects it.

Balance in this chakra implies being able to express emotions and connect with people sexually or not freely. If this chakra is blocked, a person may feel emotionally volatile, manipulative, sex-obsessed, or tired. Kidney weakness, stiff lower back, constipation, and muscular spasms are common. Sexual organs (women), kidneys, bladder, and big intestine are in the abdomen. This chakra is orange.

Solar Plexus/Manipura

Third chakra: Solar Plexus. Two inches below the breastbone, behind the stomach. The third chakra houses the ego, emotions, impulses, fury, and strength. It's a hub for astral travel, astral influences, spirit guide receptivity, and psychic growth. When the Third Chakra is out of balance, you may lack confidence, be confused, worry about what others think, feel controlled, and be unhappy. Physical issues include digestive disorders, liver issues, diabetes, nervous weariness, and food allergies.

When balanced, you may feel pleasant, outgoing, respectful, outspoken, and powerful. The stomach, liver, gall bladder, pancreas, and small intestine are associated with this chakra. The yellow chakra.

HEART

Four is the heart chakra. It's behind the breastbone in front and between the shoulder blades. This is love, compassion, and spirituality. This center governs one's capacity to love self and others and give and accept love. This is also the body-mind-spirit chakra. Heart disease is the top killer in America because almost everyone has a hard, damaged, or shattered heart. Deep heart pains might result in heart scarring. When scars are released, they arouse old anguish yet allow for healing and new development. When out of balance, you may feel sorry for yourself, neurotic, indecisive, fearful of letting go, afraid of being wounded, or unworthy of love.

Physical disorders include heart attack, high blood pressure, sleeplessness, and breathlessness. When this chakra is healthy, you may feel sympathetic, kind, empathic, and nurturing to others. The heart, lungs, circulatory system, shoulders, and upper back are the 4th chakra organs. Pink and green are utilized.

THROAT / VISHUDDI

The throat chakra It's placed in the V of the clavicle in the lower neck and controls cognition, speech, and writing. Here lies change, transformation, and healing. The throat holds and releases rage. When this chakra is off, you may feel shy, silent, weak, or unable to express yourself.

Hyperthyroid, skin irritations, ear infections, sore throat, inflammations, and back discomfort. You may feel balanced, focused, musically or artistically motivated, and be an excellent speaker when this chakra is balanced. The throat, neck, teeth, ears, and thyroid gland are the fifth chakra body components. Light blue is utilized.

AJNA

The Third Eye is the sixth chakra. It's on the forehead, above the eyes. This is the center for psychic ability, intuition, spirit, and light. It purifies harmful inclinations and eliminates selfishness. You may access your Higher Self through the sixth chakra and receive instruction.

You may be non-assertive, fearful of achievement, or narcissistic when this chakra is off. Headaches, impaired vision, blindness, and eyestrain are symptoms. When this chakra is open, you are your master, have no fear of death, and may experience telepathy, astral travel, and previous incarnations. The eyes, face, brain, lymphatic and endocrine systems are the sixth chakra body components. Purple and dark blue dominate.

The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Crown chakra. It's behind the skull's top. Spirituality, enlightenment, dynamic mind, and energy center. It brings cosmic awareness and the internal flow of enlightenment. This is also where the Goddess (God) connects with the physical body. Crown silver cord unites aura bodies. The soul enters via the crown at birth and exits through the crown.

Unbalanced sacral chakra causes dissatisfaction, lack of pleasure, and harmful emotions. Migraines and depression are illnesses. Balanced energy in this chakra may offer access to the unconscious and subconscious. White and purple are crown colors.
