Can we sleep wearing Rudraksha?

A lot of astrologers & people are recommending that you don't wear the Rudraksha Mala while sleep. However, some people also think that wearer can wear this Rudraksha during sleep time. According to me, so you shouldn't wear Rudraksha Mala while sleeping. we also tell you the reason why you should not wear this Rudraksha During Sleep time:-   

• Rudraksha must not be worn while doing some unnecessary work. People do have control of your activities in the daytime. People should stop committing bad karma. But when they go to bed for sleeping, then the unconscious mind not control, and then whatever is suppressed and during the day comes in their dreams like Lust, Greed, Jealousy, Revenge, etc.
• Some-times, some Sexual dreams also come in the night while sleeping, that is not great for the wearer Rudraksha energy Even when having sex and you should strip the Rudraksha and you a keep this in the religious place or also keep in the temple of your house.
• The sharper bead of Rudraksha will harm your body's skin. and your body mass may also affect or injured the sharp edges in Rudraksha.
• So, the Rudraksha isn't just wearing while Sleeping. you are not wearing this Rudraksha When you visit in the cemetery you can also remove and to keep your Rudraksha at a safe place at your home.
• When You wear Rudraksha then Stop eating or avoid eating non-vegetarian meals or also avoid drinking alcohol because you've been performing religious sadhana, your emotions and thoughts have very powerful as compared to thoughts any other person, who is not wearing Rudraksha. So if you're thinking badly about others, then you're going to hurt that person.

So, in the end, I suggest you don't wear Rudraksha while sleeping when you're completely unconscious, and even when you don't understand what's happening to come out in person's unconscious mind while sleeping.
